1. Shipping Information
In most cases we use a prompt courier service to deliver your goods. In some cases, depending on your location we may use Australia Post. All orders are dispatched within 3 working days once your order is confirmed. Shipping times vary, depending on your location. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: info@johnnyreb.com.au

2. Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Johnny Reb Australia.

Online Returns:
All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned with their original packaging and the product must be in an unused/new and saleable condition.

Faulty Items:
If you believe you have received a faulty item, or upon receipt your item is not as described, please contact us immediately at info@johnnyreb.com.au and we will be more than happy to resolve this matter for you.

Returns Process
We understand that choosing the correct size/style can sometimes be a challenge when shopping online. So we offer FREE Returns* on all online orders purchased at www.johnnyreb.com.au
*Please note: our Free Returns policy applies to the customer’s first return of an online order. Any further returns on this order that the customer wishes to make, following this first instance, are at the customers expense.

How to return an item:
1. Please email info@johnnyreb.com.au with your online order details, address & contact details.
2. Download our Returns Form by clicking here. Please print it out, fill it in & pack your shoes up in their original condition, with all original packaging as they were received.
3. Once you have emailed us, customer service will be in touch with further instruction on how to return your shoes.
4. Once your products have been received back at our warehouse, customer service will be in touch to finalise your return.
